What's the difference between a monogram and embroidery?
These terms are confusing to most. Embroidery is the stitching. Monograms are the three letters that are your initials. People often ask us to "monogram a name." A name can only be embroidered, not monogrammed. So, when you are choosing fonts or monograms, please keep in mind to only choose a monogram style if you are submitting initials. What's the correct order for initials?
There isn't a right or wrong order to monogram initials. Different countries have different traditions. The most common order for a single lady is her first name initial followed by the last name initial and then the middle name initial. A boy or man can request a straight monogram in the order of his name. For example, the monogram would consist of the first name initial followed by the middle name initial and then the last name initial. He can also request a diamond monogram in the order of the first name initial, last name initial and middle name initial.

How will I know what my monogram will look like?
If a certain letter doesn't look nice in a certain style, I will contact you before I embroider or monogram your item. I can suggest better styles with a better end result.

How is my order shipped?
In order to keep our shipping costs low, I use Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. If you need an order shipped very quickly, I will gladly ship your package via UPS or FedEx. Just specify your preference when you place your order and I will contact you regarding the additional shipping charge. Shipping runs from $5.50-$12.

What is the lead time?
Orders usually ship within 2-3 weeks depending on the order. Shipping time varies from 3-8 days depending on where it is being shipped. The order is shipped from Louisiana. Sometimes, I can accommodate a rush order. Please tell me your timeline if you need it in a hurry. Typically, there is a $5 rush fee when requested around peak order time such as holidays, graduations, etc.. I usually ship in one week or less without the rush fee but please be sure to contact me if you need it more quickly. I'll do my best!

How do I care for my embroidered item?
The majority of my handbag manufacturers recommend dry cleaning. Because I am a mom, I've made the bibs and burpies so they may be machine washed and dried. However, please take special care with your embroidered item. Do not wash it with other items that have buttons, zippers or anything else that could snag the embroidery. Shirts and other clothing items should be washed inside out on a gentle cycle unless specified otherwise in the garment. Moms 2 Bee is not responsible for damage to the products by misuse, normal wear or by dry cleaning.

What is your product guarantee?

What does the price include?
The price includes a personalization or monogram for all of my products. If you want a date, phrase or design, please contact me by phone or to discuss additional charges.

Do you embroider more than monograms such as phrases, poems, etc?
Yes, feel free to contact me.

Is your monogramming and embroidering done in house?
Yes, I do all of the monogramming and embroidering myself. With each piece, I pay close attention to detail in my endeavor to create your special item.

How will my personal information be used?
I love my privacy and respect yours. I will never sell or share your information with any outside party. Your information is solely used to process and ship your order. I do offer specials, product updates, trend alerts, etc via an email newsletter throughout the year. You're email will be added to this list unless you specify that you do not want to receive the newsletter.

What is the sales tax?
The sales tax in Louisiana is currently 8.6%.

What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me. It has always been my policy to exchange or refund your purchase of an in stock item that has not been personalized within 10 days of receipt. Shipping is not refundable as we are responsible for the shipping when it is delivered to you. Items returned must be received unworn and unused. Returns are subject to inspection upon arrival and credit is pending approval upon arrival. Please include a copy of your receipt with your return. Personalized items cannot be returned except in the case of an error on the part of Moms 2 Bee or if you receive defective goods. Please be sure to double check your spelling before placing your order.

My order is a gift along with one item for myself. How can it be shipped?
If you're like me, you shop for your gifts and usually end up adding something for yourself too. I can ship the gift item directly to the gift recipient and then the remainder of your order to you. Just let me know when you place your order and I will contact you with the additional shipping charge.

Can you include a card for gifts, gift wrap and/or gift boxes?
Yes, we have new adorable gift cards! I will happily handwrite your gift message and include the gift cards for 50 cents. I don't gift wrap but all items, regardless if they are gift items or not, are shipped in my personalized bags with tissue paper. The gift card will be tied with a ribbon around one of the handles. Your invoice will be shipped to you in an envelope.
